A clean place to log trades. Name each one like NQ Long - Aug 12, link a setup, fill in risk and result. R-multiple calculates itself.
The one field that matters: Follows Plan?. Tick it honestly. At the end of the month, filter by it and look at the two totals. That number tells you more than any indicator.
Instrument is a dropdown with EURUSD, NQ, and XAUUSD in it as examples. You can add what you actually trade into that field, and it saves as a new option. In Trades, tap Instrument - Edit property and add your instrument. Same goes for Setup and Emotion — the ones in there are a starting point, not a limit.
